We are aware of an AES3 compatibility issue between our RedNet A16R MkII units and L-Acoustics LA4X amplifiers. The issue in question manifests as the LA4X refusing to accept AES3 signals fed from the AES output on the RedNet A16R MkII.
We are working on a fix for this issue and will provide a firmware update for RedNet A16R MkII as soon as it's available. If your setup is affected by this issue and you haven't previously raised this with our Customer Support Team then please get in touch with us using the link at the bottom of this article so that we can inform you when a fix is available.
Please note that this issue does not affect RedNet D16 AES or RedNet A16R or RedNet D16R (non-MkII) units.
